Best ppm ???

i have 4 fresh cuttings that are just starting to root
5 rooted clones
and five seedlings (just sprouted)
what is a general ppm i should be aiming for in my reservoir

The rpoblem with having different plants at different stages in the same res is that you can only dial in one ppm level for all of them. I would think rooted clones can handle more than just sprouted seedlings. I agree on 300 for the seedlings if that, but would think more like 600 for rooted clones.

you can keep your rez from 300-400 till the plants are almost 18inches tall, sounds crazy i know but less is more, this way they take up nutes and water at the same rate, too high a PPM and plants will drink more water leave behind more salts eventually de-stabilizing PH and possibly burning and locking out nutes....i have mother plants flourishing @ 400ppm...dont believe me ask Earl, actually the only time i would push the nutes is late flower
