best reflector for 3x3 tent 600w

Looking to upgrade my grow.. i wanna go LED but the price for a quality panel is pretty steep.. my max to upgrade is 1k but less is better, i need soil perlite a carbon filter and setup perpetual grow.. so my question is.. currently i use a cooltube.. so im looking to upgrade if its ideal. ive only used the 600w twice, the first time sucked yeild.. the second was vertical bare bulb and i had family issues and they had to be pulled early so that yeild sucked too.. now they were bagseed seeds, i did buy more seeds.. (4) barneys farm tangerine dream fem..(1) regular hawaiian skunk haze and (1) world of seeds strawberry blue fem so im going to be using one of them.. havent picked which one.. i want to buy a t5 to veg and keep clones under and swap plants every so often but im unsure of how to do it with just a 3x3.. any ideas at this point would be nice.. i also need to know why when i use a inline fan on speed controller it makes a grinding type noise? both of them do that and i can hear the vibration on the first floor from it.. really annoying when i got family members over who dont know what i do...

since u posted on me ill share some info on barneys they suck for the majority of research on bomb genetics, bodhi karma and OG rascals got the shit. Mr nice seeds has some select strains u can check out the grow reports on any one of their strains

i already orderd the tangerine dream so im just gonna grow and experiment anyways... anything is gonna be better then the bagseed i was once growing aha..

My advice would be to upgrade from soil to hydro. I use a 3x3x6 tent, 400w aircooled lowrider sun systems hood with two cfl supplements, with two 18 gal (only fill to 10gal), and scrog net. Anything more then 600 would be over kill for that space. I'm not sure what a good yeild is to you but I get a half pound off two plants with only a 1-2 week veg time from clone. Initially it would be about 200-300 for a full set up, nutrients, supplies, air pump, etc.

Simple hood with 600w in 1.2x1.2 tent.
Beside the above setup, also run another tent, but 1.0x1.0 with the same hood, however, 400w.

With this style of grow, I am seriously considering going 1.0x1.0 and keeping the 600w in hood. With two tents, hard to keep up with clone production
