Greenpoint is charging 90 bones for 6 seeds and they only have 12 strains available. Seems like there are better options around. What makes them worth it to you?
First, every single seed bank listed in this thread is reliable. There’s a whole sub forum on seed bank reviews. There are at least a dozen seed banks in America that I would use before ever going overseas.
Second, Greenpoint has a hell of a lot more strains than 6. And those $90 for six seeds are S1’s of highly in demand elite clones. Honestly, it’s relatively cheap given the genetics. Also, his reverse auctions mean you can snag some great deals. I just got a pack for ~$30.
Finally, if you want elite genetics, if you want *reliable, genuine* genetics, you’re going to have to pay for it. Nirvana is cheap because, quite frankly, their stock isn’t very good. They slap popular names on things that may or may not even contain genetics from those strains. Legitimate breeders make it abundantly clear what stock they are working with, and can prove that they own the elite cuts or strains they are working with. Nirvana does not. I believe they outsource their breeding to others and you have absolutely no guarantee that when you buy GSC you’re actually getting something that even resembles GSC. I personally would never buy from Nirvana or any other seed shop that uses similar practices. If all you want is some pot seeds, then go with the cheapest place. You’ll get much higher quality elsewhere.
I’d start by researching breeders, pick someone whose work ethic and breeding practices you align with, and then find a good seed bank that sells what you want. There are literally dozens of US breeders that are making absolutely amazing stuff. If you need a place to start, I’d recommend Bodhi.
