oh nothing, i persoanlly love HTG, i was being sarcastic, didnt you see me pay them a compliment? i had one dude like 2 nights ago basically take me to task bcus he "heard" a guy had issues with them, and went on and on about how i could sleep at night refering them, my point was noone is perfect, and he just tore HTG up, mind you i dont think he ever purchased from them, and you may find once a week someone come on here and rip up HTG, but they are a busy shop, so i tell everyone "if" you ever had a problem they bend over backwards to make things right, this dude took that as me sayin expect things to go wrong or have broken equipment, i had light bulbs issues with them and they forgot to include timers in my order, and a cheap ballast i had needed to get replaced, but i had also made 5 very large orders this year with them and whatever small issues would arise with me, i didnt have a problem, simply put thier pricing, quality and service cancels out any of my beefs, i have since only purchased thier digital ballasts and its all good

also i like to pass along some of the places i order from, cus i know some around here are gonna be weary of HTG from bad experiences and or what they heard

mind you i have only purchased PPM and PH meters from the first one i mentioned, i did not order from the other guys, they are the cheapest with high feedback, but i have to tell you, i could afford it so i went to HTG for my Ebb and Grow unit, costs $700 for the 24 site, i prefered to pay more bcus i know these guys well, i hope anyone reading this can put these links to good use

i know i am going way off topic and your looking for lighting, i forgot to mention another ebayer, this is where i get pumps, they are not name brand, UL listed and have warranties, name brand pumps that are around 400GPH run from $40-100, this guy sells the same ones for $20, i have 1700GPH pumps $75 free shipping, and they work great, very well built, and hes a fast shipper....a comparable pump from home depot is close to $200

Whoa, Whoa, thought you let this all go, guess not, Everytime you post about HTG why do you have to post 3 or more messages about them in a row. Why do you feel the need to cover up everyone else's posts with your own. If they are so good why do you need to do all this advertising for them ?

If you like them so much say so, don't need multiple posts in a row trying to convince everyone how good they are.

Guess what I don't have to post all over the board about their problems, others already have.

Hey guess what, attitude is a busy shop, guess how many mistakes they make ?

You might as well fill in the rest of the story about how you will only order from them if you get a certain guy so your order doesn't get screwed up.

Tell them the guy I "heard" the problems from was actually a thread started by a person who had 3 seperate orders wrong. Put some facts in there, don't make it seem like it is all made up.

Anyway, Beware if you order from them, don't listen to me just look at the threads on the board about the kind of problems they have. If you still want to order go ahead, no skin off my back.

You're funny. I wouldn't waste my time searching you out. Is it my fault I read most of the threads trying to help out ? I even gave you the last word in the other thread and you feel the need to make 3 posts in a row about it. I let it go didn't I ? I look at this thread and 3 more posts in a row about it. HTG worked for me. I only placed one order, but it was spot on, and they upgraded my bulb for free becuase they were out of the one I ordered.

So....

I think their prices are great, and their product is good.

funny thing is, i noticed some people here have problems with the agromax bulbs HTG has, mine are good, i dont like the growbright bulbs, they never lasted for me, one thing is for sure, and most veteran growers will agree, always keep a spare around, these bulbs no matter the manufacturer can go out at the worst of times
