If you germinate a seed in some paper towel what's the best sized pot to transplant them into? I know lots of people are against paper towel method but seemed to work OK. Thanks

x2 for solo cups, filled w coco coir specifically. Another thing i kept forgetting to do until recently, is to put a clear cup inside an opaque cup & you can watch the progress of the roots. Dont forget to cut slits in the bottom of the cup

There is no best size pot. I personally don't like solo cups. I prefer black nursery pots. I like how it's kind of like a modular system. Being square you're not wasting any space.

I germinate and grow until transplant in .75 gallon pots. They're small enough that you don't have to fuss the watering that much and for the first few weeks you only have to water them once. Gives you bigger plants and better root structure to transplant.
