best slow release fert for vegging??

hey looking to plant sum outdoors in sum real moist ground and looking for a good slow release fertilizer for vegging. Would anyone suggest a good kind from wal-mart or crappy tire???

if you're going to water, why not just get water-soluble nutrients and add when you water?

Im trying to avoid water soluble nutes because the ground there is already so moist that it wont need to be watered often im trying to limit the amount of trips out there by using a slow release. My avatar is 3 main characters for the canadian show "trailer park boys...
