Best Small-Time Grow Recommendations and Seeds Security Question

Hey guys...first time posting as I'm truly a newbie and just starting to consider how to give this a go.

Question(s) 1: What's your best recommendation for a small grow. I literally only plan to have 3-6 pots/seeds going in a small closet-type area but most all of the tutorials I've seen are for much bigger grows or at least far bigger than I'm considering trying. What lighting would suffice and do a decent job for this size of a grow? Are co2 fans in and exhaust fans out really necessary for this type of setup?

Question(s) 2: All your great advice is for naught if I can't get seeds. I've seen the board's seed source recommendations. How do you typically order the seeds to make it secure...under the radar? Do those sources truly deliver discreetly and do you actually deliver it to your home address? If not to your home, how do work around the delivery issue?

Question(s) 3: I know this is putting the cart before the horse, but in all the harvesting info I've found, the advice only goes so far as the hanging process and getting your hard-earned bud prepped to smoke. I haven't seen anything on what to actually harvest from your cured plant (just strip off the buds?...any leaves?) or how best to package/store it for later use once it has finished curing.

ive got 2 white widows im my small cupboard under a 400 hps and a normal fan, i went to my local head shop and bought the seeds there cash in hand not tracable.

I use CFL's no heat. But, I still use fans to control diseases and some insects.
