I bet you get almost as many diffeent answers as there are posters. I haven't found my ideal soil and nutes yet as I'm only on my third grow, but I am trying FF on the next run. That being said, I always keep a couple in MG Organic with MG nutes as a back-up plan in case I screw up something new. No problems with it yet other than needing a HEAVY 2 week flush before harvest.

True organic, I'm not sure. The MG Organic is as close as I've gotten with a complete run. I'm currently running Kellogg's All Organic and it has kept up neck & neck with the two I have in MG. As for ph, I only checked occasionally(bout every 2 weeks) and didn't find any big fluctuations. I was only using the strips though, not a meter. With organic soil, you will need to add nutes, but the decision is yours on whether they are organic or not. Most organic growers use fish emulsion, bat guano, kelp, etc instead of commercial foods.

I've started with GrowBig on this, my third grow and will switch to BigBloom for flower. Got free nute samples by just shooting FF an e-mail touting my happiness with MG results but wanting to go more organic.

My first indoor soil grow was in FF Ocean Forest with the FF soil nutes. Great results and an exceptional smoke after curing. My next several medical grows were hydro, but after a move I ended up with limited space. Decided to do another soil grow of three plants and chose MG Organic soil. So far I have to say I am happy with the progress. Still using FF nutes.

I'd go with Sunshine #4 or Promix, run GH 1 part grow and GH 1 part flower as the base, run florolicious plus through the entire cycle add in liquid cool bloom for flower and flush with water and pure unprocessed honey (1 tablespoon per gallon). I flush with just water and honey for the last week but add the honey into the mix for the last 2 weeks of flower.

You won't go wrong using this recipe, I swear by it!

Go FF half and half ocean forest and light warrior for a lighter mix, this soil will easily maintain your plants 4-5 weeks no nutes. I use only big bloom and tiger bloom, no grow big, then some bloombastic and a little molasses at the end. Big bloom helps with ph and if you only veg 4-5 weeks you need no veg nutes, just plant and occasionally water and they will grow great. Good Luck!

i find either plagron light mix or bio-bizz all mix work very well (£12) a bag with bio-bizz nutes, cheap at £10-£12 a litre for the grow and bloom and those 2 nutes alone will do the job but bio-bizz do have other products if you want to stretch for them, ridiculously easy to use and classed as organic i don't think you can go wrong. also the most important part the plants stay healthy and turn out great using the above with relatively little work.

I've used FFOF soil, regular MG potting soil. MG ferts, Shultz ferts, Flora Nova ferts, etc.. They are all good, they all work fine.
