Best soil and Fertilizer?

Sadly I don't have any Hydroponic stores in my area, so I have to go buy soil and fertilizer from Home depot, lowes, Walmart, etc. So what do you think would be the best for me to get?

The cheapest potting mix with out any nutes sobriety bag won't.say it feeds ur plans for.so many momths. And tjene some perlite to add ro tjene mix. I use MG all purpose plant food it works great.

lots of soil mixes work. look for recipes that have a reputation for success like subcool's super soil
