I can't speak about all the strains you listed since I have no personal experience with them but I can tell you about two of them. I have personally grown Sensi Seeds' Afghani #1 and Jack Herer so those are the ones I can speak about from experience.
As far as yield goes, the Afghani #1 out yields the Jack Herer, sometimes by quite a bit, depending on which Jack Herer phenotypes you get from your beans. So if your main goal is consistant, fast yields on easy to grow plants then go for Afghani #1 not Jack Herer. Jack Herer can be tempermental, has at least 4 phenos, and is a mostly Sativa hybrid so it takes a bit longer. If you are a new grower I would stick to an easy to grow, potent strain with high yields like the Afghani #1. I personally like the Jack Herer better, I think it's better and I prefer the Sativa high but if you want potent bud with high yields go with the 'ghani.
So here's my personal experince with both.
Afghani #1
Growth and yields: Sensi's Afghani #1 is 100% Indica plant. It's a short but bushy plant with fat dark green leaves. It's a fast finisher, usually ready between 45-50 days. The yields are above average, and the buds are fat and dense. The smell is very pungent and strong even during veg you can smell them; very skunky. Odor control is a must!! Overall an easy strain to grow, very forgiving of mistakes that new growers may make.
Smoke report: Afghani is your typical Indica, more of a couchlock body stone. It produces a strong almost narcotic high I would describe as major knock you on your ass, couchlock, you're not moving, you're asking me to do WHAT STONED high. Produces major munchies. The cured buds keep that dank extremely skunky smell. Smelly proof bags are a necessity if you transport this stuff anywhere outside Mason jars. This summer I took 2 ounces with me on a weekend vacation to visit a friend. We put each ounce in it's own ziplock baggie then put the two into one larger ziplock bag, then inside another ziplock. It was then out into a box one of our cell phones came in and put under our clothes in a suitcase. After 7 hours of driving we arrived at our destination, I unzipped the suitcase to give our host one of the ounces, immediately the entire room filled with a strong, pungent skunky smell. Our host knew right them what gift we brought her for having us as her guests for the weekend!!
Medical Uses: Medicine wise, it is a good strain for pain, anxiety, appetite, relaxation and sleep. Overall a pretty potent strain, a must for Indica lovers.
Jack Herer
Growth and yields: The Jack Herer is a very potent strain with some fantastic genetics; Haze X Skunk X Northern Lights. There are at least 4 different phenotypes and with each different pheno you can expect slightly different growth patterns and yields. Of the 4 different phenos; one Indica dominant and 3 Sativa dominant. Of the 3 Sativa dominant phenos you'll find one that is very Hazey; referred to as the Haze pheno. The Sativa dominant phenos have a tendency to stretch so I would not let them veg long. The Indica dominant pheno stays shorter and bushier than the other 3 Sativa dominant phenos, it also produces the best yields.
The yields very depending on the phenotype and how long the plants are vegged. Longer veg times will yield more during flowering but since the strain is mostly Sativa the plants can and do stretch and can get unruly rather quickly. If you are experienced with training plants or controlling growth you'll get better yields. Flowering times also vary depending on phenos; you're looking at anywhere between 60-80 days. You will need some type of odor control if you are doing more than a few. Overall a VERY potent strain, ideal for Sativa or Haze lovers that don't want to wait out a pure Haze flowering period sinces it finishes faster due to the Skunk genetics.
Smoke Report: You can expect each different pheno to produce slightly different effects, although with all phenos you should expect a productive,
uplifting, motivational, cerebral Sativa high. The Haze pheno produces the strongest high; a soaring, active, chaotic, motivating, heart-pounding cerebral Haze HIGH. It can even be mildly hallucinogenic. After the intial UP high the Jack Herer will slowly ease you into a nice body buzz. Generally I would say the Jack Herer has a GREAT overall high, it's very well rounded and extremely potent. Another thing I love about this strain is the smell and taste. It has the most unique smell and taste I have evr experienced. The cured buds have a lemony, piney, sweet fruity smell, once broken up for rolling the pine smell becomes strong. The aroma of the buds in jars is more fruity. The taste is awesome, a real zesty fruity taste with a slightly piney undertone. The smell left from smoking this strain is very unique, doesn't smell like you've been smoking weed; it leaves a sweet, organic smell that I've only ever smelled with other Haze strains. Definitely one of the most potent strains I have ever smoked.
Medical Uses: I would suggest this strain for depression, fatigue, mild and aches and pains. If you are prone to anxiety I would stay away from this strain because of the strong Haze influence. I have personally experienced anxiety from it and have personally seen unexperienced, occasional smokers have anxiety attacks from it due to the hallucinogenic properties. I was accused by one friend on "putting something in this weed".
I have some pictures but I have to get them off my old hard drive. I'll try to post them tommorrow.
