Best Strain to help me sleep?

hi guys my 1st post here. what is the best strain to get me off to sleep

i have real problems sleeping & its ruining mylife please help me i dont want to take over the counter drugs oppiates etc

please only respond if you have expierence with your recomended strain


also would like it to be availble and easy to get in seed

check out his k.o kush (killa Kush/Herijuana). haven't grown it yet but should definitely be good.
under breeders choice is also anesthesia (afghani x skunk / herijuana)

Both are in stock and both should have a better flavor than the herij with about the same sleep effect

It depends on the person. If I smoke headband, I need a nap 30 minutes later.
Mexican shwag makes me really tired, but I do not buy murder weed anymore.

Full melt bubble hash will help me sleep. Many dispensaries sell it as Ear Wax.

I've had good results with Afghan Kush from World of Seeds in treating insomnia. It is not as good as the Pure Kush I used to have but that was clone-only AFIK, and I don't have it anymore.

I think uro is steering you in the right direction with Herijuana crosses. I've got some Heri beans planned for the Spring crop.

Take almost any heavy indica about a week past when you think it is done. -- nappy time weed. Any flavor preference?

i really like the flavour of blue cheese but its not heavey enough to get me off to sleep bit bored of the lemon tasting strains so anything fruity buy not lemons

White rhino is the one for sleep in my experience, avoid sativas. Sativa is more of a uplifting high and gives you motivation in some cases. Indicas make you lazy and can't be fucked to do much. Sativa in the day indica at night ;)

i wake and bake with herojauna. maybe i have a tolerance to it. maybe thats why i dont get much done lol. i wont not say its a speedy strain ftw. herojuana and stiff drink goodnight Irene ;) i love romulan crosses for bed time. og and kushes should also be good bedtime smoke. stay away from sativa strains (obviously). if i smoke a sativa before bedtime im up all night thinking about how to save the world plus this and that. i think alot can be personal preferance bro. just gotta test em out till you find one you like. then hope you dont smoke too much of it and build a tolerance.

I like hash plant and HP crosses for sleepy time one of the dispys I go to has a Hash Plant x Super Silver Haze thats one of my go tos. But I havent seen seeds for it Im going to try and talk to the owner about that the next time hes in there. Romulan crosses work great for that too imo even in hybrid crosses with sativas Im always sleepy a while after smoking.

I grew some Ripped Bubba this year. It's a herm prone strain, but I managed to get three female phenos that produced the best tasting and best looking nugs I've ever grown. I wouldn't say it's the strongest stuff I've ever grown. My phenos had more of a cerebral effect than an indica narcotic effect. The TGA strain that I've grown so far that made me the most retarded was Qrazy Train.

I'm flowering White Russian right now and tried a couple of test nugs for the first time today. I'm definitely going to have to take a nap this afternoon. But I hadn't smoked in 6+ weeks so your mileage may vary.
