Best Trichome color for Marijuana for Sleeping

Hi, I'm growing some Indica strains to help me sleep, one of them is Ortega Indica. If getting me sleep is what I want should I harvest when most trichomes are amber?

Ugh here comes the stoner pseudo science....

Its the terpenes my friend.Not the color of the trichomes.

You have an indica, let it properly swell and ripen. Harvesting a phenotype your not familiar with shouldn't be judged by late trich colors imo. They could be any color even before it starts truly degrading which can easily mislead a new grower.

Just take a peek what done "looks like", you can almost count individual calyx's
