The L.A. City Council today will consider a new motion to be introduced by Councilman Mitch O'Farrell that would treat electronic devices the same way that cigarette smoking is regulated in town.
And means no puffing, electronic or otherwise, in or on:
-elevators
-supermarkets
-offices
-restaurants
-city beaches, or
-within 25 feet of playground equipment, bleachers, backstops, sports courts and fields, and picnic areas.
Yep. O'Farrell's spokesman, Tony Arranaga, confirmed to the Weekly the gist of today's proposal.
According to a statement put out by the offices of O'Farrell and the City Attorney:

The motion directs the City Attorney's office to draft an ordinance to regulate the usage of electronic smoking devices where smoking is prohibited by law.​

The council today will also weigh Councilman Paul Koretz's motion to raise the age limit on e-cigarette purchases to those 18 or older. As it stands, electronic tobacco retailing has no age limit for customers.

Here's the atomizer you want. I've tried them all, this is the best by far for wax/oil. It has 3 atomizer all together, excellent deal for $19. You want the metal one w/ the screen vs. the white ceramic one. The ceramic one the coil is exposed and easy to damage/break.

This is exactly what I use, those are the vendors that I bought from.

With the atomizer, it's like a little bowl, and you put your oil in there and then warm it up with a lighter till it creates a pool. Put the globe on and go to town. Be careful though you will find yourself vape penning all day long! LOL.

I was using a white rhino dv2 that does work ok but every 3 hits you have to move the wax back onto the heating element for it to keep working...what a pain in the balls! With the globe style vaporizer you can see it working before you hit it and the wax doesn't need to be perfectly positioned for it to vaporize your shit effectively; just lay a piece on top & press the button for 4 sec. If you pack enough wax/shatter (and your friends aren't greedy) it'll make it around a small circle unlike other vapes I've tried so far. Check it out:

I saw somebody at an event had made herself a nice hemp necklace out if her vaporizer & she walked right through security check while wearing it without question...great idea! What kind of vape pen are you using & how do you like it? There's just so many to choose from nowadays
