best way to harvest and cure?`need advice asap!!!

I don't have a hydrometer or a humidity reader so what is the best way to go about harvesting and curing your plants? need help asap as my plants are about ready to come down starting next week...

First part is drying. Trim it up and put on a wire shelf or other surface that allows airflow.

Better to over dry then have them too moist in jars. That makes mold.
