Best way to NATURALLY protect your grow? no chems OR killing

hi,

never grown outside before.

just wondering the best natural defenses you can add to your grow area?

i guess a chicken fence would be good, but i don't want to have to erect a whole fence.

i heard wee and dog hair spread about can create a kind of natural idea? haha, i'm probably wrong.

what are your tips?

Yeah rusting takes forever haha, you usually just do rusting if you have a roll of chicken wire thats been sitting in the weather for a few years and dont have anything better to do with it than protect your ganja.

Spray painting is the fastest/easiest method. I would never just put that reflective bright regular chicken wire out in my guerilla grow though, its like a red flag.

thats some goood thinkin! any shade of green in particular to paint the fencing. i definetly need it :( damn deers.

some good things also are bars of soap tossed in the perimeter of the grow, blood from the butcher, and for bugs i always put a few cloves of garlic in the ground by the plants and plant a few onions, egg whites are supposed to keep dear at bay and i have used them but dont know if it works, what i usually do while the plants are small is leave some meat by the plants to attract coyotes and mountain lions, basicly you want the predators around and the deer will stay away

Deer, cows, etc., has never touched my grow, and they both walk by every day. The garlic is good, but if you get a real dank strain, they won't nibble on the shit. Unless they are starving, & they will eat cactus, anything. They don't like Afghan strains. Latex dipped chicken wire is fine too, dark blue. Just make tomato baskets, secure it, and no worries.

i would put up one of those cheap thin metal cylinder shaped cages around it to keep rabbits and such away, i never had that problem when i grew outdoors cuz i grew in between a crevice so that kept the big animals away. You really don't need to worry about animals feeding on your plants till it buds, but be aware of tiny ass white flies idk what they're called and other insects as well from chewing on your leaves. Inspect your plant daily

i use deer repellent. No joke. Found it in my local gardening center. Plus, if plants are found, they might look more natural and wild if not surrounded by fence.....

this is true. They smell the scent form your hair and leave. Im a deer hunter and I can tell you they are good. Incredible eyesight and hearing and smelling. Better than a dog i believe.

there are ALOT of bugs out there that will eat your crops to the stems... ive had it happen. bugs are 80% of the worries i experience indoors and out. mainly slugs too. copper wire burns them and eggshells cut them but i also use slug-o and that works super well. a little pricey tho.

The Experts I take note with, Master Gardeners, aren't big fans of Foliar feeding, with the exception of weekly spraying of liquid Seaweed. This makes your Plants happy, but it also kills Spider Mites. If it does that, it should help with other bugs. But also, come Spring time, I'll be out collecting Praying Mantis, and one certain type of Spider. little bowl with natural clean sponge is used to water the Guards. This pic is a spider eating a Bee that WAS eating a bug. Caution, look VERY carefully. These Spiders are really cool.
