You want to wipe your phone memory so nobody can see your pics? I'm not sure if this helps, but I just factory restored my android phone. It runs much better now. Something was causing it to freeze. The one thing I learned is that I needed to also clear the cache before and after restoring.
It's very simple to do. Just hold down the power and the volume up and volume down buttons at same time. You'll see a menu that you can use to select restore and clear cache. Google stores all of my contacts so setting it back up is simple.
