Better temperatutes

I am using a 400 watt multi spectrum bulb with a regular aluminum reflector. My temperatures are at an even 90 degrees at the plant tops. I am thinking that i should invest in a cool tube for better temps but i dont know how much they will really affect the temperature. If anyone has had good or bad experiences with these cool tubes I would love to know.

Thank you,
Hoove

i had really~! bad temp problems with my 400w hps b4 my cooltube, hit 95+, now i can keep my plants at least 3 inch's away from it, even touching it. ive got it step up as my exhaust port with a 250 cfm fan. can keep temps to an average 25-27c, probably around 30ish very close to the cooltube. If u choose to use this method of extraction through the tube then make sure u have a good intake flow aswell, im useing 2 x 103 cfm bathroom extractor fans bringing air in at the bottom of the room, 1 of them runs constantly despite ALOT! of people saying they cant be run 24/7 ( bargain at $15 each ) and the other 1 comes on every half and hour for 15 mins.. temp at top of closet around 27c and bottom about 24c with a humidity of 38% - 48%.
