the title says it all blokes
i have a single bf Pineapplechunk mixed in with my a.indicas (all at around 5 weeks old now)and it has additional leaf blades protruding from the top of the base of the fan leaf. some have 3 extras and some have 4. isn't that a 33% boost in light intake surface area? lol
im not going to get my hopes up for some gigantomutant, but i am going to grow out some clippings and see if i can get some with and without the mutation so I can compare yield.
my thoughts are that it is a natural genetic abnormality or a product of whatever the hell the dutch do when they grow out hundreds of these plants at a time
did use an extremely weak solution of IBA with the perlite last grow(I rinsed it and recycled it) and i dont think that my initial ppms where above 200
but i havent seen anything strange yet in any of the four aurora indicas
i will post pictures when i can snag a camera
(vegging 20-4 as close as permisableto 6 26w 6500k cfls with trips back and forth to the flowerbox with 2 150w hps's) growing in inoculated certified organic soil mixed with compost perlite vermiculite peatmoss dolomitic lime and sand
