Those are nowhere near rootbound at that size. I can't see any yellowing on either plant in those pics. You might want to up your hours of light though. 6 hours of light isn't enough, and one 54w 4' T5 would be enough light for those seedlings; run that T5 and save some money on power until they're big enough to warrant that 600w light.

I agree. Not root bound. My guess would be overwatering (need to allow that soil to dry out so the roots can get I oxygen) or you have them too close to that 600 watter (regardless of temp).

Both of these could cause that drooping, especially the two together. Too much light will stress a small plant because it doesn't have a strong enough root system to keep up. It'll respond by drooping, just like your picture.
 
my ph is 6.3 runoff just plain water and my lights are 24/7 but from 12 to 6 i use my mh at 600w their deff not root bound so u think i should just use my t5 for the nextlike 6 days then veg with the mh on a 18 / 6 and feed at like 100to 200ppm im a little worried and then my great white shark is super slow growth and new leaves deformed what you think thats from if uneed a pic illget one
