Big newbie First grow Plant Sick dying!

Trying to grow my first plant, its feminized White Widow around tree weeks old. I’m using Miracle Grow organic soil, PH is around 7 ( could that be the problem?). I’m using 6400K 125w CFL real watts. I didn’t use any ferts yet or any additives, also could over watering cause this problem? Two big leaves all ready turned yellow dried out and fell off.

Any idea on what the problem could be would be really appreciated.

Looks like a classic nitrogen def. Some of that MG soil has nutes in it, but some doesn't.

Forgot this- how are you testing ph? Got a soil meter or a water meter? Ph of the run off is not as important as the ph of the water you add. Add water around 6 and don't worry too much about a runoff of ph 7. Here's a chart to show the effects of ph on nutrient absorption. Save this.
