Need some more info... type of soil, type of food, frequency of feeding, how far lights away, temps, humidity and anything else you can think of.

100% perlite, tomato feed at the moment (little bit) only give it nutrients every other day the light is about five inches away and produces little heat, i dont no the temp and humidty its a low budget grow but id say it is room temperature maybee a little hotter, i have a fan blowing 24 hours a day, but my friend is growing a plant under a regular energy saving bulb hes been growing it for a week on just water but it is three times the size of mine.

I think your problem is that perlite isn't right to grow in by itself, I would go buy some decent soil and replant it. Should start growing like a weed lol no pun intended

Fox Farm Ocean forest is some pretty good stuff, you can use promix too and by using promix you know exactly what your feeding your ladies. With the ffof it will feed them for around 2-3 weeks then you have to start feeding them

1 i'd replant in a proper medium.
2 feed with good brands.
3 up the light power

if money is an issue just find some good old standard soil . buy a 1 part nutrient (brand name) an lastly biuld a 6-8 socket light fitting (cfl 18w+)
