Black Dots on My Leaves

I was lookin at my plants today and noticed that my mother, who is in a seperate tent but in the same room has black dots that are tiny and look lik eresin or tar, and they smudge a little when i rub em. Other ones dont smudge at all though. The leaves look like a slimey snail slithered down it and left it all slimed on. I think its spider mites so I have heard neem oil is what i need. Anyone know if this is 4 sure mites, and what sould i do, I have numerous other plants in the same indoor enviornment just in other tents and even fresh cuttings in a dome from this mother. I have like 100 lady bugs in there too so I am wondering if it is just ladybug shit?

most likely lady bud shit, but I would imagine they could also be mites. I just battled them in my grow room (mites), lower temps and higher humidity.. you can use bug sprays or neem oil, but if you dont have to work any harder or spend any more money than you have to.. why do it..
