black spots on cake

I inoculated 6 jars (pf tek) on the 13th with the puerto rican strain from RS. I noticed 2 days later On two of my jars I had black spots at the top by where I stuck the needle in. The spores in the syringe were black so I was thinking thats what it could be. Its now day 8 and the black spots havent gotten any bigger from when I first noticed them. I dont think i should risk it
