Black spots on fan leaves??

So I woke up this morning to small little dots on my fan leaves they are black with some light yellow around then is this a deficiency or fungus?
75 f 50% RH ph 6.0 in coco coir and perlite mix everything else on the plant is healthy over all just the one fan leave is discolored. I just need some advice!

I may have had something similar. I'm using DWC so it may be different.
What nutes are you using ?
I added calmag to my solution and ensured my pH was between 5.5 and 6.5. I think this resolved this issue (mostly adding the calmag, as I think the pH was okay but maybe a little off).
These plants a really resilient bounced back in no time

I’m using GH trios plus cal mag I’m just going to ride it out and see if the symptoms get worse or progress.
