Blisters on fan leaves

Hey guys, and gals. I have a question. My 2 week old babies have fan leaves that look like they have actual blisters on their surfaces. I have them under a 400 watt mh 20 inches of ddistance to my plants. Im using a starter soil mix I put together using Happy Frog, Seedling soil, d lime to get ph to 6.3, and top dressed with ewc.
Can anyone tell me if I'm just tripping and its nothing, or tell what the problem might be, if there is a problem at all. The pics are of bubba kush, and northern lights by big. Thanks yall! HELP A BRO OUT. PLEASE

I can not see anything wrong with the leaves in that picture. They look very healthy to me. I think you may be tripping, boss!

All I am seeing here is a very gnarly indica seedling. Looks a little thirsty. RH may be a little low, but I don't see any deficiencies. I think you are doing OK so far, my dude.

Dude! You hit the nail on the fkn head!!!! My rh has been low, like 40% and they were dry so I gave them a little ewc top dressing and then watered through ewc. And yes, its a big nasty indica. Bubba Kush. Right on my brotha. You know your shit cuzn. Mad props homie
