Blocking aerial view?

Last year ran into some trouble with local LEO/DEA they ran aerial surveillance apparently on a property I was working at, they used these photos to get a search warrant and eventually raided in late October devastating everything. That being said, I would like to next year provide some sort of block of view from surveillance from the air, so thinking of making a loose wooden structure or PVC or something and running some

Do you think if I ran this on top of my structure thing it would block aerial view for anyone to know what was going on/search warrant?

It varies in size from .6" to 1.8" mesh. Just looking for something that they can't get a search warrant if their plane/helicopter is doing investigating, but also don't want to block too much sunlight. thanks all!

also, not exactly related, but this :)

i would think that something like that might block aerial view but then at the same time dosent it look suspicious? they couldnt get a warrant based on the aerial view but all they would have to do is put a few guys on the ground and they dont even have to get close enough to see all they have to do is smell to get a warrant

Not to sound rude, but you may have made them very visible. In my area I see choppers fly over every year. They don't see the plants because I plant them with extreme discretion and care. Location is very important (angle of view from the choppa) and blending in with the surroundings. Also some camouflage is of use. Like fake flowers. GOOD fake flowers. Avoid patterns.

If you have that much heat in your area - grow autos.

Yeah, but its one extra step then they have to start investigating every 'suspicious' building which would require some manpower. So it just makes it a bit harder.

i had them flying over last year what i did was blend mine into the surroundings so even if they came in by foot it would be harder to spot that or i would find pines and put them near no more than four to a tree spread them out so flare doesn't pick up on big heat source

Ive witnessed the dope choppers fly right over my big outdoor plants a few times without spotting them. Its really not that hard to conceal plants among other plants.
Plant them as close as possible to the south side of a natural tree. They get full sun all day and blend in with that tree.
Planting in a area thats loaded with lots of different kinds of vegetation also helps. Its a lot easier to spot your plant when there only looking at two shades of green (your weed and the surrounding tree's). Give them a maze of different plant colors to sort out with there eyes.
A giant greenhouse might work in cali but around here you would be fucked

Lay your plants over. Anchor them to the ground doing severe LST. The cops look for the perfectly round shape from above and the distinctive color combined. I have never had an anchored plant seized or stolen. Even better - plant them laid over next to pumpkins or squash or other vining fruits. Keep the actual stem and leaves off the ground by placing scraps of wood or rocks or . . .. In this way all the side buds get exposed as a bonus.

Our local growers (not nearly as scientific as up north) use rocks, bricks and stones.
They train the plant from a very young age by just putting a rock/stone on the main stem and keeping it growing flat that way.
I have seen a 2 meter plant growing about 1" off the ground from them doing this.

The huge marijuana farms in Mexico use shade cloth above their crops. It isn't conspicuous because since the sunlight is so intense in central america most farmers use them to protect their vegetable fields. I was researching this stuff myself. Comes in different varieties that block out different percentages of light. I believe illegal ganja farmers in jamaica also use this type of shade netting as well. Im just home from work but I'll try to find you a link so some products and i know there's a video somewhere of a jamaican farmer using it. Til then, google that ish. Good luck!!

I actually started anchoring them in west Texas. Try finding anything the wind hasn't blown away. I was a welder at the time and began bending partially used welding rods, bent into hooks or "anchos" as the Mexicans call them. A little leather bag of them on my belt. Very quick to move in, adjust the plant quickly and move on. Again due to a lack of cover people living elsewhere cannot appreciate. Work only on moonless nights, no smoking, no talking, wear gunny sacks around your shoes to prevent tracks.
