Blooming leaves curling / drooping under

this is my 2nd grow in its veg state right now. everday i notice the leaves keep drooping (even the fan leaves) and then they perk up again. this morning i noticed the blooming leaves just started curling under. i thought it was outgrowing its pot but i put it in a big chrome coffee can a week ago. im not overwaterting because i water it every 2/3 days. should i be watering more or does it need a bigger pot? Im using miracle grow starting soil, its all i have for now.
