blue crush last weeks of flowering looks funny..anyone ever seen a plant look like?

I grew this strain outdoor this year and loved the skunky sweet smell she held...but now my last weeks of indoor cycle they are looking kind of funny..almost like it went to veg and back to flower..i have seen some train wreck like this just not with small stems growing from the flowers...let me know what you guys think..some almost look like seed sacks but then have female hairs grow from them..like the one in the picture

I bet it's close to a large wattage hid.
I get that when my tops get too close to the glass under 1000's.

Don't have too much experience on the growing end of things, first grow going on as we speak, but I have smoked some purps that looked very similar to this. Just real fatty calyx's, it looks dank in the pics bro.
