Hi everybody,
I have some concerns regarding my plant's health. The lower leaves are yellow, and the branches of the stems connected to leaves only (ie not the ones with the buds) have suddenly turned blue.
My plant is at the 4th week of the flowering stage and I am using a Royal Critical Automatic seed.
I have been giving biogrow, biobloom and topmax nutrients in the following manner wrt to the initation of the flowering stage.
Week 1: 1ml in 1L water (Biogrow only)
Week 2: 1ml biogrow , 1ml biobloom, 1ml totmax in 1L water
Week 3: 1ml biogrow , 2ml biobloom, 1ml totmax in 1L water
Week 4: 1ml biogrow , 2.5ml biobloom, 1ml totmax in 1L water
My theories are:
Yellow Leaves
1) Too much watering therefore the yellowing of the leaves?
2) no light reaches the lower leaves thus they cannot photosynthesize?
3) Nutrient Deffiency or controversially the biogrow is unecesairy at this point of the flowering stage and puts strain on the plant?
Blue branches
1) pH issue as its the only uncontrolled/unmeasured variable?
Conditions:
Relative Humidity : 15-25% (day) , ~35-40% at night,
temperature: 28 Celcius degrees
Light: 12h cycle
Watering + Nutrients: I provide the nutrient solution/water to the plants approximately once per 2 days , approximately 3 times a week and 1/3 of the times its pure water the 2/3 its with nutrients in the preivously stated concentrations.
More info:
Additionally, the plant has grown approximately 15cm more than its max height. I highly doubt that this is related but I am no expert ( to this point i've assumed that the light is close enough to the plant for it not to have to stretch, therefore the increased height can only be good??)
Hopefully these pictures will help clarify the situasion.
Blue branching stems
Yellow leaves
Besides all of this , the king bud and all the rest are (just) starting to form.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time
