Don't give it nutes or overwater it, especially when it is little. I'm guessing you might have done both. If it is in a temporary pot, waiting to get big enough to transplant, it might be a good time to get in a bigger pot (it is feminized, so maybe you started in a bigger pot already.) This gives you the opportunity to reverse early mistakes. It can work wonders for struggling young plants to put them in new dirt. Try to get it closer to three weeks before transplanting. Transplant when the pot is relatively dry, as the fragile root ball will most likely stay in one piece with the dirt. Don't give up, and don't overnute or overwater for the entire rest of your grow. My BG is about the same age as yours and looks fantastic.
As for transplanting, I like using disposal party beer cups. When I am ready to transplant, I get some tin snips or scissors and cut the top lip of the beer cup every inch or so. Now peel that one inch strip down just like you are peeling a banana, all the way past the little lower lip at the bottom. Do this around 3/4ths of the cup. Now you can gently tip the dirt ball sideways and it will nicely fall out of the cup in one piece. When it is in your hand, gently support the bottom with your other hand so that part of the dirt ball doesn't fall off. Now place it in the transplant dirt. I prefer to sacrifice a 10 cent plastic cup so I get a very low stress transplant.
