This is a not a criticism as I haven't used Bonza yet but I have some skepticism due to their misinformation on their website.
I was interested in their BUDDY SYSTEM and on their shipping tarrifs page it said up to 3 resends.....when I went to purchase the seeds its says only one free resend.
I emailed them and they said it was an error and that they had cleared it up... It now states on free resend.
So going back to look through the tarrifs again I thought I may as well use the bucanneer system as its up to 3 free resends... well it turns out that when you go to the cart and are ready to process your order it is only 2 free resends....
Now this brings me on to their "support page" which again has different information to their "shipping" page information...which also include pricing differences...not to mention the buddy system isnt even mentioned on their support page...
Now the issue isnt whether they should resend or not far from it... however if your orders go missing just what information are you supposed to use to argue your case... It comes across as less than kosher to have different information throughout the site...its really not that hard to get your shipping information correct... after all the major part of their business is shipping seeds.

So again just a heads up if you are going to use this system..Like I said I havent used them so cant say if they are good or bad but alarm bells start ringing when there is that much misinformation...
