Bottom leaves turning yellow (spots first then the whole leaves) now brown and fell

ok the bottom leaves turned yellow and now the second tier just fell off and died cant post pics but now the leaves on the top are green but they have stopped growing.

nvm i read the sticky but what kind of nitrogen should i buy and where. all i have is a home depot and lowes and wall mart
