Box n whip vape needs replacment

I bought this vape a few years ago and would make weed hit as hard as hash, but a part broke that I've been looking for a couple years to replace. The glass/metal 'grill' that I screw over the metal hotrod so that the whip gets a nice draw of hot vapor and so that the bud doesn't directly touch the metal hotrod. Without this peice, weEd burns on the rod and I don't get a strong draw Cuz cold air gets sucked in, anyone know what this part is called so I can buy it off Amazon? Most local head shops have no idea what I'm talking about, 1 guy did but he said they only get those sometimes, another asked what brand it was which stumped me, also I never knew what the fuse dial in the back adjusted, I assumed it shortened/lengthened % of rod that was hot orange

That's a pretty interesting vape there bud . The chassis looks like a classic Vapor Brothers 1 but that uses a ceramic rod for heat, unlike yours... Who makes it? Can you maybe grab a few closer pics of the part?

I have to agree the Volcano is the king of bag vapes, they also make one of the best portables IMO ( the S&B Mighty). For me though, the best overall for my purposes is the EpicVape Enano. It's the size of a soda can, super efficient, will absolutely fry my brain thru a water tool, and she's pretty too lol...

Geez I spent 200 on this then 280 on a pax 2 (shitty quality but nice stealth, I don't recommend) I'll get a volcano or better one day but I honestly rather spend 20 more to fix what I got for now, appreciate the suggestions though. Guyleduche I was completely dumbfounded when trying to come up with the brand, I threw the box away years ago, I'm guessing it's titanium, I figure someone's ought to carry them since it screws off to be replaced, on the thread side it's 3 ml under an inch and 3 ml over on the wider circumference
Edit: the glass/glass is the thicker 19ml version not 14 ml (unless there's a 3rd size available)

I just tried the hot knife method and holy shit finally, tiny little chunk got me way more blasted than a couple chunks ground up in weed, lighter probably destroys whatever partially melts.
I'm either going to buy a Ti nail + bong adapter or a hash pipe. Hash pens are likely not worth it until I get a nail- seems like 'that's the way to do it' , hash pipe would be fun too, but I don't think using a lighter or even the hot rod from the box vape is practical.
I used to have a glass nail+hood that sucked Cuz it took forever to heat up and the dabs wouldn't fully melt and really hated putting the dome over the hot nail, so I'm probably getting the domeless ti + dab/dome stick

Piece of shit salesman was recommending this quartz male 18 mm over the domless ti female 18mm they had saying the flavor was better but it's so airy like a fat carb.

Is it possible I'm not heating it right/hot enough? ~30 seconds should be enough? The guy said wait till its orange than wait 10 sec, does it take like 2 minutes the first dab then 30 when its warmed up from a sesh?
hash bubbles for a second giving 50/50 hash/air then still sizzles after a lung full wasting the other 50 and leaves ashes, I probably should've gotten the domless titanium one I had in mind for 30 bucks more, I was wanting to get trippy tonight, any experienced dabbers out there help a noob it's frustrating like a disappointing slurpy straw
Edit: it takes 5 lungs full heating it for 30 sec on top then hitting below as I draw like Crack and the Crack way seems to be superior as opposed to dropping crumbs after 30 sec
