Branch semi-detached from node

I messed up with LST and one of the 4 mainline branches got semi-detached from the node. I tried supporting it with a soft-tie and seal the crack with super glue. Do you think the branch could make it? It wilted quite fast, but it seems to be still about 50% attached. Anything else I could do? I thought of removing fan leaves to lower transpiration and give the smaller nodes a chance, but it could very well make things even worse.

It will heal and look something like this.

I pulled a tie a bit to hard and almost snapped the top right off of her. I left it alone to recover, and it healed fine.

I don't think the snapped side is making it. The other side also suffered minor damage that caused leaf damage and stunted growth on one side. Now I have two good branches from the 2nd top on both sides + one lagging or dead. Should I snip the damaged branches to have even distribution and maybe top the healthy branches again to get 8 branches?
