Branches with 2 tops (ethos zweet auto)

So long story short I have recently started to lst an auto I have and upon adjusting ties I notices 4 branches with this, I haven't pinched or topped at all its just crazy to me how it has multiple branches with this mutation ETHOS GENETICS
