breeding and smoking

Hi all,
For my next grow (auto AK47) I was thinking of breeding a few plants for the seeds but obviously want to smoke the bud.
I was just wondering what the effects of breeding has on the bud, are the buds just smaller with the same potency?
thanks

THC production is lessened as well as the amount of smokable bud. It takes a lot of energy to grow seeds.

Just learn to clone and forget about growing seeds, you're better off just buying some seeds if you actually do ever need them again which you never will as long as you keep on cloning. You can clone as much as you want as long as you want, one plant will feed you for a lifetime that way.

I need a seed every few years maybe at the most, only if I've stopped growing for a while. Even outdoor growing is best done with clones.

Oh, well, nevermind.

I will never understand why people are growing autoflower plants in any situation other than outdoors where it might be needed at times that aren't right for normal plants. Other than those two conditions it makes no sense at all.

Ditch those crappy autoflower genes so you can clone and grow like a real person. :)

I've grown clones of skunk x NL (like a real person!) in my friends back garden and under lights.
I'm guessing any one who thinks that autoflowering plants are inferior in some way, obviously haven't grown them.
There is also no point in cloning an autoflower as they don't really have a veg cycle, so breeding an autoflower plant is the way to go, plus I can use my friends back garden during our brief British summer.
They have many plus sides, especially for someone like me with very limited space and time to utilise.

Plus - if you've ever tried AK47 x lowryder, you would show it some respect.

oh and thanks for the replies guys. Won't be growing for a few months after a good NL x skunk harvest (real persons weed....lol)
