Bringing outdoor plant to indoor and schedule time

Hey guys, first time grower here!
I started this seedling outdoor to save energy but she starting to get bigger. Unfortunately, weed is illegal in my country, so I have to move her indoors. She is recovering from a previous problem of overwatering. Now I'm thinking about transplanting her to a bigger pot.

Outdoor she was receiving 12h30 +- of natural light, my question is can I put her under an 18/6 light schedule? Change the light schedule could cause enough stress to her to become a hermaphrodite? Or it's better to go with 12/12?

It's fine to increase it to 18 hours. I'd transplant it now and get it over with. Good luck...

Read into how to water. That seedling won’t make it long at this rate.
