Broad Mites? Need to save my plant!

Need help, is this a broad mite? If so need help in how to get rid of these pests. I have Blue Dream end of 2nd week of flowering. All I have currently on hand is Neem Oil and Green Cure. Suggestions please! Don't want to lose her and may have to take some clones just in case!! Thank You!!

Have you been moving that plant in and out doors because natural pest usually kill that sort of thing in outdoor?

Nope, got it as a clone and once it was well rooted replanted into the container you see and have had it outdoors since late July. Am in the Pacific Northwest, not a lot of lady bugs around here. Just want to treat them and save my girl!!
