Broad / Russet mites or something else?

I scooped last night but I didn't see any mites... Maybe I didn't scope enough area or it's possible heat damage?

day time temps are seeing mid to high 80s and 50-60rh night time temps are low to high 70's and 65-75rh

It looks like overwatering, and to much light to me, the leaves are chicken clawed, and the root hairs are damaged,

I also noticed that it basically only 1 strain in the room showing this weird mottled leaf and deformities. the gg4, blue dream and others all look fine.
