Brought home some clones

I had ordered some seeds but they never showed so yesterday I picked up some clones from a dispensary. Before I went to the dispensary, I checked reviews on weedmaps and leafy, I also asked at a couple hydro shops. People had great things to say about this place. I let the shop guy pick out four clones for me. I should have looked a little closer.

I was originally going to grow from seed so my plan was to use clfs for the first few weeks, switch to MH for the rest of the veg and then use HPS for flowering. But I was going to buy in stages. That said, the clones are under a hydro farm t5 64000k 4bulb set up and about 2 inches from the top leaves. Transplanted into Happy Frog soil. I forgot to get my water ready before the transplant so I didn't water them right away. I let the tap water sit for about 12+ hours then ph'ed it to 6.6 (my ph meter takes hours to get a final reading but I think it had settled)

One of my Blue Dreams has white powder and the leaf edges are curly. My Deep Sleep looks ok but is a little droopy.

Looks like it might just be some cloning powder that fell on the leaf, the curl indicates some heat or moisture stress. I'm leaning more toward heat if you have your lights that close, with that being said I'd like to also state that I have no personal experience with T5's so it take my help with a grain of salt. Check the heat with the inside of your wrist and see if its hot or not and then we can go from there. I thought it might've been powdery mildew on the leaves at first but I have knocked some cloning powder onto leaves before and it looks pretty similar. Give us an update after you check the potential heat issue.

I'm not sure what to feel for but it wouldn't call it hot. Also, the curling leaves are lower ones. The ones closer to the light isn't curling.
I wiped the white powder of the last. Guess I'll see if the powder comes back.
Thanks for the reply

I always spray any clones bought from stores with water and alcohol mix to kill any bugs or eggs present. Mighty wash also works great as a spray for clones just purchased. Best to be safe then sorry.

can't see yer picky because of my crap computer, but I can tell you it's kinda hard to burn plants with a t5 - the leaf has to literally touch the bulb, for a while, before it burns. unfortunately, you should be prepared for any and all problems from clones that are obtained from a dispensary. pm, bugs (mites and fungus gnats mostly), and perhaps most infuriating is mislabeled plants.
