Soil looks really dry.

How often do you water and how much?

I would give that girl a very good soaking and wait 2-4 days before watering again.

That seedling has about half of that root plug sticking out.

Do you have some bagged potting mix ? Just layer in a inch or two to even it out and sufficiently cover that.

Water “ as needed “ only.
