Brown pistles in the bottom of the plant white in top?

I have a G13 Haze it’s my first time doing hydro with everything going well so far. I’m into week 8 of flowering and I see a difference in colorisation if the pistles. The ones on the top are still plenty white but the lower branches are turning brown. Is this normal ? What is the plant telling me ?
Also I’ve switched to sensi bloom coco in my bubble bucket. I’ve reduced the cal mag in my mix. But I still see something wrong with my leaves their tips are all dry and crumbles. Not sure what’s going on. I’m using advance nutrients lineup

normal, buds will often times mature at different rates n the same plant.. a lot of people will do multiple harvests on the same plant, cutting buds when as it matures and leaving the rest to go longer.

this ^^^^^. many people will just harvest stems/buds as they become ready and wait for the others to finish.

harvesting early is a big mistake too many people make
