Brown Rusty Spots

I'm having some problems with the leaves, they are rusting but it could be 1 of 2 things. Boron Deficiency, or calcium def. It's starting to spread. I really REALLY hope it's not that fungal infection that can ruin your entire crop. Because it's starting to spread slightly. only 1 plant is not affected by it.

What is your water source and quality?

What are you feeding and how much?

Looks like cal spots forming
Just regular tap water, 100ppm. (0.2ec)
Canna coco A+B. Roughly 1/4 strength nutes
I added Cal-Mag to the water in my last 2 feedings, there's no way.

If it's affecting just the bottom leaves, it's probably calcium deficiency since its non mobile.
I'm just confused because the last 2 feedings, I've given them cal-mag. It's not fungal either because I've rubbed my fingers over the leaves and theres no powder coming off. it just feels dry/dead.

Looks like too much cal to me. I would stop with the calmg and flush it. Then start over with a lower dose of nutes.
When you say 1/4 strength nutes, what is the PPM level of the final solution? Everyone means something different by 1/4 strength....it may be too much for that small of a plant.
Its always easier to flush and start over then to keep trying to figure out the mystery of whats missing and possibly creating further imbalances.

10ml A+B to 10litres of water. 1/4 strength. 400ppm. I added 5ml of Cal-Mag to the solution too. 0.5ml per litre.

Looks like burn spots from leaving water on the leaves under the light.

Hard to see, the pictures are not very clear and taken under a HPS it looks like..

Just noticed the clear pics.. Still thinking maybe burn spots from water.

Calcium deficiency will show on new growth, if new growth looks fine with no spotting and just the lower leaves are affected then is a P problem.

The P tox ive seen has always affected new growth in some way, probably from locking out other nutrients (like calcium). So if you new growth looks fine and healthy I think its a P deficiency.

If your ph is in target for your medium and you dont have cold temps specially in the rootzone (using cold water) anything under 60f causes issues with P.You can see this in soil from overwatering as well.

If you dont have those issues, then ya id say your plant is hungry.

If you are hand watering dont feed the same ph everytime..mix it up anything from 5.5 - 6.2 in soiless. This will help make sure you pick up all those micros as well as the macros.Im really getting annoyed with coco and all its weird CEC idiosyncrasies
