Brown shiny spots pls help

Hi there,
Just started my second run and I am at day 11. The seedlings starts to produce brown shiny spots and white staines on the leaves i had some trouble with gnats but I put nematodes in on monday.
Medium biobizz lightmix.
125w 24/7
Auto critical orange punch.
~40% rh2 and 27°C (80°F)

May be a calcium deficiency, check this site out https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-symptoms-pictures.
I can't be sure as on first grow myself, when i see threads with issues I am using this to help me learn for my grow.
Hope you find a solution.
