Brown specks on leaves

I have a Seedsman Black Sugar plant about 3 weeks into flower and recently see these brown dry looking spots on the leaves. The plant is in a Coco perlite 70/30 mix in 5 gal fabric pots. I am currently feeding AN ph perfect trio at 1000-1100 ppm. PH is at 6.2 I feed every other watering. Any ideas and how to correct? Thanks in advance
