brown spots on leaves.

Hello doctors an nurses ..

My plants are in their 4 week after germination. How a noticed brown spots on the leaves. Old leaves look like they are curling.

Any diagnosis? Treatment?

People will say it is iron deficiency, nute burn, etc.

But the answer is always to flush the system with fresh pH balanced water and wait a week or two to begin with any nutrients.
