I have same thing going on plants are almost ready to harvest is this just the plant getting to end of cycle or a problem? mostly at the browned sugar leaves at stalk. But moving up and down the stalk. middle of the plant not the bottom.

Bud rot , not good

Thanks for your reply, I copied this photo from someone else post. My situation currently, is only sugar the stems at stalk no buds yet, but getting close. No buds affected yet. I have had my share of lots of bud rot but never saw the stalks or branches go brown just the smaller leaves in the buds turning color. So knowing that is your opinion still the start of bud rot vs plants almost at full maturity which they are? Thanks for any help bye the way.

you should post actual problem if possible could be entirely different issue

Look for a recent post on stem rot and see if it compares
