Brown stuff on Leaves Need Help

Hello,

Some friends of mine and myself decided to germinate some bag seed on 4/20. It started out as fun, but quickly grew into and ever time consuming and fun hobby.

I am using Miracle Grow Seedling Starter Soil mixed with Miracle Grow Perlite. I have them on Hydro Farms 4' T5 Floros.(24 hours, up until last night I switched to 18 and 6) I think it's like a 250w fixture. I have been using distilled water and watering them whenever the soil looks like its drying out. About two weeks in, I added nuts but quickly learned it was too soon and got some nut burn. So I flushed the soil. I also had to cut the tips of one of the plants. All has been great till now. I have begun noticing some brown stuff on the leaves and have no clue what's happening. I have pictures from the top and bottom.

Also do you know when it would be a good time to transplant them to a bigger container? I have them in clay pots and not really digging the fact that mold is growing on the outside of the pots. The white stuff in the pictures.

I added Fox Farm's Grow big(3/4 strength). Does anyone out there think this will help. Also, I tested the PH and it seems like its between 6.5 and 7. And It seems like the brown stuff is happening on older leaves from the tips in. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I'm a first timer and have no clue what the hell I'm doing.

Thanks

Well. It's the second watering with Fox Farm's Grow Big at 3/4 the recommended dosage, and it looks like things haven't worsened or spread. So I decided to chop of the bad parts and monitor how things go. This Thursday will be 4 weeks since they went in the dirt. The first couple of weeks they had crappy light. Then I bought Hydro Farms T5 floro's and they are doing a but load better.

Any and all comments are welcomed. Thanks ahead of time.
