Brown Stuff

Im Growing Indoors in a hydroponic system im using flourcents i know there not the best but im poor and for the begining i was using floranova growing nutrient now i switched to miracle grow all purpose because i thought it was a nitrogen problem

idk i changed it to miracle grow after it started changing thanks for the help though
