browning tips

so I'm in week 3 of veg running HESI nutes, My PH was 6.3 when I fed yesterday.I open my tent today to see that the tip of one of my fan leaves is browning. anyone have any idea of why that would happen?

If its at the tip..its prolly burnt..but pics would be nice..n try to get the PH to 6 if you can..if your in soil or even coco
